Why composite?
Most composite doors are two thin skins glued to a foam core. The Palladio door we fit is different: a single fibreglass-reinforced monocoque shell, which gives it a huge strength-to-weight ratio and a solid feel when it closes.
The hinge is concealed in the frame, so there are no ugly flag hinges on the outside. Glazing beads are fitted internally, so glass can't be removed from outside.
All glass is triple glazed with warm-edge seals. Satinized and coloured resin glass designs are made in-house by the manufacturer, with a crystal-like clarity you don't get from printed film.
